Joanne Flewwelling is the Vice President of Strategic Information & Performance Systems at the William Osler Health System in the Greater Toronto Area. Joanne is a registered nurse by training and is a health care leader with 24 years of diverse clinical and managerial experience. Joanne currently provides leadership to Information Services, Telecommunications, Registration, Decision Support, Health Information Management and Library Services at Osler.
Her area of expertise focuses on advancing performance management and measurement within today’s complex health care environment with a vision to the technology enablers that support clinical and corporate decision making.
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto and a Master of Health Studies from Athabasca University.
