Paula is the Chief Information Officer for Torstar Corporation. Ms. Sinclair has IT management experience in a variety of industries. Before joining Torstar Corporation, she was with insurance, software development and supply chain management sectors where she has extensive experience in eCommerce, IT Development and in building IT strategies that support long-term business objectives. Her most recent experiences were as Senior Vice President, eCommerce at Aviva Canada and previously as Vice President, IT Development at Great West Life/Canada Life.

Ms. Sinclair holds a Masters and Bachelor Degree in Engineering Science from the University of Western Ontario.
